Who receives what
The seller gets a buyer and a payment path. The buyer gets a supplier and, if the bank separately approves, financing. The bank is paid for the settlement instrument. The platform is paid for arranging the deal. Inspection and logistics are paid for their own service when they are engaged.
Money
Payment is not credited to an ordinary platform account. The buyer instructs the bank to block the amount. The bank holds it in the deal escrow and pays the seller only on the conditions of the chosen instrument. At that moment the platform fee is credited to its account at the bank. The bank fee is a separate entry.
By default the buyer pays the platform fee of 0.50% (at least €250) and the bank fee on top of the goods price. The seller receives the full delivery price. Bank fee: escrow 0.20%, letter of credit 0.35%, guarantee 0.25%, collection 0.12%, milestones 0.20%. The rates are a model and must be agreed with the bank before live operations. Splitting the platform fee can be written into the contract separately.
Instruments
Escrow pays after delivery and inspection when inspection is required. A letter of credit pays against the accepted document set. Collection pays after the buyer accepts. Milestones: 30% of the seller's amount after shipment, the balance and both fees after delivery and inspection. A bank guarantee applies only within its text and amount.
